We were one of the teams selected for the Slingshot accelerator program. The accelerator helped us to validate our idea and grow our network. We successfully raised a seed round off the back of the accelerator and since then have seen our business grow from strength to strength. We have closed Proof Of Concept (POC) partnerships with 2 large Australian organisations. These partnerships helped us refine and shape our product. At the end of 2017 we closed another partnership with a large association in Melbourne who are using AlphaChat to support membership interactions.
Since launching our client have used AlphaChat for 67% of their customer dealings. We have also developed integrations for Facebook Messenger, Intercom and Slack. In addition we now provide customer integrations for clients on demand.
Our team has a wealth of knowledge spanning Customer Experience and Success to AI development and emerging technologies. Dr John Johnson has a PhD in Natural Language Processing from MIT and spent 4 years at Google, researching and developing natural language search models. Sarah Stevenson, is the Ex-CEO and Cofounder of AI startup IA.AI acquired by Google in 2015. Michael Michaelson, former Head of Customer Experience and Success for Amazon Web Services in New York and later on, Australia.
